      Excellent benefits, good company-wide work culture, bad lower-level management culture

      Pros

      Benefits are fantastic. 15 vacation days a year, 5% into your 401K with up to an additional 5% matching contribution. Huge company-wide emphasis on work/life balance and a positive work culture.

      Cons

      Despite the company-wide emphasis on positive work culture, the lower-level management is relatively weak and doesn't address workplace issues, particularly interpersonal issues. In some instances, issues with employees who did not complete their work and contributed to a negative work culture were never addressed.

      -Growth opportunities within the company -Strong corporate culture and sense of community -Good benefits (health insurance, 401k match, bonus) -Generally very supportive branch management, that's been promoted from within

      -Very sales oriented position, get ready to be measured on 6+ different production goals, from loans disbursed, new accounts, products/services per member and etc

      Summit truly cares about their members. With a philosophy centered around the people you are serving, you can feel good about the work you do.

      Cons

      Lenders are required to help out in all areas of the branch. This can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how much multitasking you enjoy doing.
