Pros

Leadership is not your traditional “bank-like” people, which makes this organization great to work for. They value new ideas to the point where the CEO meets with managers to take on big projects that can change how banking is done. VPs are very knowledgeable and take a genuine, mission-based approach to sales and service. Managers go through extensive training on HR, Sales Coaching, and relationship building.

Cons

Staffing can be a challenge, some branches run lean.
