      Flexible work schedule was the only pro.

      Cons

      No Diversity. Pay sucks! If management does not like you, they get rid of you no matter how hard you work. Management will set you up for failure. Mistakes are dismissed by employees they like. They train you the wrong way and then come back and say you are making too many mistakes even though you are writing down the way they explained it to you. Then say oh I'm sorry I showed you the wrong way. Management is fake and underhanded.

      you have a paycheck but that's it

      Cons

      everything, clueless management from CEO to CFO, high rotation, lack of communication. There was a great group of people in the finance department that worked really hard, and they all got laid off some of them with less than two months in the company
