      They pay very high salaries that most people don't deserve. It's the only way for them to keep employees.

      Cons

      Everything. You have to be part of the good ol boy network. Absolutely no advancement opportunities. Upper Management is a joke. CEO is the worst. Treats employees horribly. Zero respect for employees. The only people who move up do absolutely nothing. The hardworkers are overlooked or even criticized and eventually leave.

      At a local level, all associates are happy and turn over rate is low. Advancement opportunities are hard to find unless willing to relocate.
