The core nucleus of the employees are enjoyable to work with and for...we do have a few good things going, like new equipment that should allow for more capacity.

Cons

On time delivery, software that works. processes that work. Quit doing the same thing over and over again that is not working. Try something different if needed...

Pros

The focus on the importance PCB manufacturing still has to industry. What Summit provides is critical to our nation and all industries. Love that we are all focused on one mission.

Cons

Long time leadership individuals are scared to make changes. Too many high dollar executives that don't add value. Many micromanage, but aren't even helpful. CEO, COO, CFO = useless.

I am pleased with Summit's continuous investment in all factories, which has allowed us to stay ahead of our competition in technology while giving us many products to sell.

Cons

Continuous Improvements: Quote speed to customers Delivery Status and recommit communication Tracking info on deliveries wherever possible.
