Able to work from home. ZoHo Learn providing training/information on various aspects for manufacturing circuit boards. Willingness to obtain the most up to date equipment, etc.

Cons

Better support for InPlan and updating the rules. Booking to much/many complex jobs with due dates around the same time and overloading the front end.

No few things I value about working with summit interconnect. Working with co-workers and helping out by releasing jobs and help with documentation. Having employee lunch appreciation

I value all the workers they are what makes the company they are all good people that work really hard to support themselves and their families its great getting to know everyone.

Cons

Yes, there parking lot need lots of improvement its very difficulted to see the lines as they are very faded or erased over time to the point drivers not not parking correctly and does not look professional.
