Pros

I value the people I work with the most. They are a great group of people. They are what makes coming to work worth it. We have built a great working relationship built on trust and friendship.

Cons

They need to continue to work on Sales across all locations. I think the sales team is still location driven.

Pros

It's a clean, tidy working environment. Low physicality and mentally engaging. Problem solving is key. A strong sense of interdepartmental collaboration with members from all teams being able to prioritize a common goal for the better of the organization.

Cons

Transparency. Timely "state of the business" meetings.

Pros

Solid employment. proximity to home (commute time). That is all that I have to say about the value of working for Summit! Disappointing that if I don't have any thing more to say about the value of working for Summit, that I cant submit this feedback survey.

Cons

Annual raises should NOT be based on a """"budget"""", but rather employee performance and/or responsibilities. If i get more, it shouldnt mean that someone else gets less, and vice versa. My last raise equated to about $40 per week before taxes! How does one prosper with that? It does not come close to covering the increased cost of living. If raises fall short year after year, we fall further and further behind in the cost of living. This is what is killing the middle class.
