      Pros

      Since joining Summit Interconnect in September 2024, I’ve truly appreciated the welcoming and collaborative environment. The team has been incredibly supportive, making the transition smooth and enjoyable. I value the company’s clear focus on quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. It's motivating to be part of an organization that encourages growth, open communication, and innovation from day one.

      Cons

      While my experience at Summit Interconnect since joining in September 2024 has been largely positive, one area for potential improvement could be enhancing cross-departmental communication. Streamlining information flow between teams could help prevent misunderstandings and increase overall efficiency. Additionally, providing more structured onboarding or mentorship for new employees might further support a smoother transition and faster integration.

      Pros

      People are nice and friendly. Office location/setup is very acceptable. Company has ability and opportunity to be very successful/profitable. Allow more flexible working environment (WFH)

      Cons

      On-boarding new employees, employee transitional training and overall boost office morale. Fix policy and procedures. Allow employees to help streamline processes. Treat employees with respect. Expose different parts of the organization to each group so that everyone knows what each group does (i.e """"brown bag lunches""""). Benefits program - have more company observed holidays (currently 6) or floating holidays.

      Pros

      I value the products we manufacture and their real life contributions to problems that exist. I value the hard working men and women who spend so much of their time in pursuit of ensuring our products are the best out there.

      Cons

      Trust is low. It is hard to know who to trust sometimes. We operate in a very antiquated way. Allowing the locations to continue with too much autonomy and veto power does not help us grow or get better. There are too many blockers in the company who just want to collect a paycheck and not be bothered.
