Pros

The leadership has a strong commitment to their customers. They are changing the culture to a customer-centric driven environment. The management is committed to providing the training to align each of the sites for continuous improvement and get away from the silo mentality of each site.

Seeing Summit investing in equipment and experienced employees so they can be a leader in industry and keep up with current technoligies. Being able to support multiple CAM departments throughout the Summit shops remotely.

Pros

The PCB community is fantastic; I wish the company benefits would match the amazing people at this wonderful company. The Dental Plan is very low and not good enough for SoCal employees dental cost are very high here.

Benefits are not very good for a knowledge-based workforce
