      Summit Santa Clara is a great company to work for.

      Spirit of collaboration and teamwork. Santa Clara has changed its culture to work as a team with common objectives. The environment is enjoyable. There is no more finger pointing -- that was a common occurrence in the past with the previous management team ( Streamline days)

      Cons

      Corporate needs to allow Santa Clara to make decision on what equipment to purchase.
