      Pros

      I value the working relationships I've formed here. There are a number of experienced people that are a great source of knowledge in all aspects of PCB Manufacturing. Benefits Value the current location.

      Cons

      There needs to be a better flow of information, training, and procedures from management to the employees. There is a lot of trail by fire. Better training on system roll outs.

      Pros

      I appreciate having the ability to work from home three days out of the week, and the flexibility when personal things come up. I also appreciate the bonuses at the end of the quarters, and the gift cards during holidays.

      Cons

      I would say the culture needs improvement. It seems like everyone is too busy pointing fingers at everyone else when mistakes are made and certain departments aren't on the same page very often. I also think the raise system could use some improvement. I also think it wouldn't hurt to have one or two more holidays off during the year.

      Summit is a place with bright future, with a very healthy team work always ready for new challenges, a place where will never finish learn new technology, always open for new challenges in the PCB industry.

      Cons

      Recognition of employees talent, and challenge them to step up and earn a career in the PCB field we deserve the same opportunities.
