      Pros

      Give opportunity to employee they desire to grow and learn more. we start having meeting and learn more about our mistake and other people mistake to do better.

      Cons

      Raise salary after this heavy inflation 3% doesn't help.

      Pros

      I value time and dedication in working with Summit. Working here for 18 years is consider my second home and family to me. It's a friendly environment.

      Cons

      I think the benefits like the insurance which is too high although I am not insured here because I use my husband's work insurance. I heard my co worker complaining about their insurance. And also working Grave yard is really too hard and most us really wants to work during day time. Just wondering why they don't have differential pay working at night?

      Pros

      What I like about Summit Interconnect: Chances to learn and hone new skills in the sector of AI and LLMs, work-life balance, and great people in the team.

      Cons

      The compensation feels lacking. 20/hr is not enough to cover my rent and I have to work multiple jobs barely to make ends meet. Increasing the pay means less time spent on flipping burgers and delivering food and more time spent on working on projects.
