      Pros

      I value the meaningful, engaging work and the supportive, friendly team. It’s a positive environment where the real challenges come from the work itself—not from working with others—which makes it a great place to be.

      Cons

      I really value the leadership and direction we have, but I think our decision-making process could benefit from more input from the people directly affected by those decisions. Involving a wider range of voices early on could lead to better outcomes and stronger buy-in from the team.

      I enjoy that we are a low volume, large variety production facility. It's nice to not always be working on the same job / order day after day. ......

      Cons

      It would be nice to have at least some suggestions listened to and / or given a chance to be implemented or tested.
