Pros

- flexible working offered - opportunities to progress, many current employees have taken this route - team environment - people will always support you - lots of great clients which you have regular contact with even at a junior level - weekly staff lunch in a communal environment - offices in north, midlands and London - experience for life incentive- encouraging people to learn a new skill (not work related) - salaries competitive as benchmarked vs. market - Oscars ceremony to recognise employee achievements - a great social environment

Cons

- some business decisions have been slow to be decided, causing frustration - certain business units have seen a lot of changes which has influenced some previous reviews - junior staff can become impatient for progression rather than recognising the need to prove themselves
