Must be very knowledgeable about stock, daily driver and racing cars to move up into management. They teach some technical aspects but must know some

Pros

Good people, good money, great pay. Like a family, everyone is very close with management and hard work rarely gets unnoticed.

Cons

Very hard to advance in retail, almost impossible. Sometimes it seems like you are teaching the leads how to do alot of things.
