Pros

Most of higher up management cares about you and are friendly, they give you most days requested off, pretty easy job, great discounts, free food (bagels, donuts, vege trays) once a month - honestly one of the best jobs I had while in college

Cons

Can be boring at times when there are no orders or customers, you may get sent to a new department for something else often

Pros

You're working with some great people. You don't have to know about cars to work there. Benefits are pretty good.

Cons

I think you don't get enough hours for vacation and personal sick time. You have to work a whole full year to get 40 hours of personal sick time and 40 hours of vacation.
