Pros

Very focused on communication. Work for the skill level was very reasonable. Company avoids overtime, if you get any you will be compensated well for it. Management expects autonomy but is also helpful.

Cons

Lots of SME consolidated knowledge that isn't documented requires a lot of communication. This can also be a pro when collaborating.
