      Pros

      Decent pay. It’s a position where you lead from the front, alone.

      Cons

      No training to get a turnover complete. No company vehicle as it’s wrecked. And they won’t fix it. SOPs only followed by yourself. Nor colleagues or employees. Tenured staff trying to get you in trouble for anything. Whilst they break the rules and try to throw their work in your plate, if possible. They’ll also throw another shop on you since they fired that mechanics shop. Despite it being a half hour away from where you are. Subsequently doubling your work stress, and keeping your pay the same. With no hope of increase. Not even for the mechanics. Just get told, to be a politician. Keep the employees happy. Beware.
