      - Talented and decent colleagues to work with - Supportive in-line manager - Good learning curve - Lots of opportunities from handling multiple projects - Free National Express Coach travel within the UK

      Cons

      - Don't feel appreciated as an employee as work is not rewarded accordingly - No support when it comes to career development, no training courses provided - Little transparency internally, no explanation why requests are denied causing frustration

      Top rate pay is higher than a lot of driving jobs but Nowhere near what it should be for the complete lack of family/social time

      Cons

      Poor Management that don't listen Very unsociable hours if you have family you wish to see forget it! The public attitude towards drivers is getting worse by year Stress is huge due to running times being so unrealistic
