It was all good, until National took over

Cons

Our initial company Quality Bus Service, was sold to National Express. Since then, NE installed "big brother" dash and driver cameras in all of our school buses. Feb 2021 NE has announced their will not be driver pay raises this year which drivers are expected to receive annually by contract. NE also has not been paying its bills to the fuel company's that provide gas/diesel for our vehicles nor to vehicle parts suppliers for our maintenance shop

Opportunities for career growth due to very high turnover.

Cons

Very dishonest organization. The bonus program that is advertised is never paid. The company publicly claims to make record profits year over year but internally claims to have had a bad year and can't afford bonuses or wage increases. Organization does annual reduction in force. Oftentimes employees that were just recruited away from other company's get terminated within months of starting due to these reductions.
