Nothing, honestly not single thing.
Cons
Although the hourly pay is higher then the TFL bus’s, when you consider the work load is not simply not worth it. Loading laggage, checkin and selling tickets, handling cash, making travel announcements, and expected to do machacial work e.g remove disabled bays during service. If you have a choice between this and Red buses, don’t even entertain national express at least they reach a minimum pay of £15 per hour
