Pros
Lots of training, great team atmosphere few good perks wages not one of them. Plenty of hours available if you need to earn more
Cons
Marking system for your driving standards Is all wrong yes you should be trained and get help if you need improvement but you get penalised for not crashing the coach. Eg you have to stop suddenly and set dash cam off you get points and default on your file on file and are made to feel like you can't drive when 98% you are spot on safe driver. The hours are draining the rota duties are from earliest to lates and all over place so messed bodyclock up they only care you've had 11hr break between shift not the timings of the shifts you've done duty changed so much in a week
