Pros

Good pay and great benefits (for managers, crap for other community employees). There are some quality managers and dedicated employees at the corporate office. Best time off program that I have seen.

Cons

Very stressful and seem to care more about numbers than people. Every year they found ways to reduce commissions and add job responsibilities. There is a disconnect between front line management and top management. It seems that the HR dept is taking over the company and certain policies are creating a disconnect within the company ranks.

outdoors, Met nice people, site manager was cool, residences where nice.

Cons

i was a temp worker, and had to pick up around the garbage dump and the things people through out was nasty. They found a person that can plow snow, so that's why I'm not with them.
