Truly who they say they are Leadership cares We are impowered to take care of the guest and make our own decisions We are allowed to make mistakes and learn from them Our GM is one of the best leaders I have ever worked for

Exactly what I looked for in a job to start good people to work with interesting and exciting ways to possibly advance work/life balance is possible eventually decided to give me a chance

Cons

the hiring process had some issues that really affected me Not a completely informative intro to the site, lacked information site needs improvements that require overhaul old equipment and tools, not all tools needed to do work properly information for benefits was not clear for my first time
