Pros

Good work life balance They have Work from home policy even before pandemic. Easy to connect to anyone. Awesome infrastructure

Cons

Depends team to team. Sometimes the work is not as per the market. Although it's product base company but the manager and team leads sometime treats your counterparts as client only which needs to be change.
