- HSA/ benefits - 3 weeks paid time off - Co-workers were generally nice

Where do I even start with this company! I had a manager who couldn't be bothered with questions about pay, time off, stats, or benefits in general. The metrics used to measure your performance suggest that they are more concerned with getting customers off the phone quickly than actually helping them. Your manager is very concerned about your stats to ensure they get their bonus.

Opportunity to mold individual career paths, internal posting is encouraged and can lead to success. Collaborative work environment Work/Life Balance. Overall compensation is better than average

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy. Weighing of cost versus benefit of doing work is sometimes out of balance. A lot of time is spent deriving answers to exactness, when time/energy would be better spent on bigger picture. Little turnover, which sometimes leads to non-productive individuals or areas.
