Pros

Location - near 128/95 intersection, good for commuters in the suburbs. Cafeteria and gym on campus. Great health and wellness programs. 401K match increases with longevity.

Cons

US President changes every ~3 years, followed by portions of management team. There is not enough stability to choose a strategy and carry it out, hence it is a very unstable work environment. Every year (for the last 10) everyone expects another round of layoffs. Minimal promotions from within, minimal job growth or job mobility.
