      Pros

      Good working environment. People are easy to work with. The Company has a lot of initiatives so there is plenty of challenging work. Benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive with industry and promotion can be slow, especially for female lawyers in Asia. More diversity in hiring is needed as there is a tendency for groupthink.
