Pros
Flexibility and great work from home policy. Good extended health benefits. Great coworker and feel like home.
Cons
Too much politics. Most of the technical leads are working with the same company for too long to know what is going on outside Sun Life. They just keep this old engine running as long as it could. Management don't care as long as this engine runs and business kept paying for the bills. So, if you want to learn new technology and developed a real IT career, this is not a good place to stay longer than 3 years. If you want to learn and good at politics, you will have a great career in Sun Life IT.
