Pros

Downtown environment, good training program for consultants, solid employee benefits, continued education is highly regarded.

Cons

Not much career development. Rollover Sales feels like telemarketing. Too much pressure on selling multiple products to clients, (that the client does not see value in). Not a true sales environment. High turnover, and the department scrambles top find qualified talent. (Even re-hires under performing employee because they need to fill seats.) Morale is low, since all agents compete for the same opportunities. Coaching is inconsistent and minimal.
