Pros

Great manager Great health benefits Decent pay

Cons

No work-life balance - management all about numbers. A Lot of the employees stay back extra hours to meet goals.... hardly have time to eat lunch!

Good company for stability and work/life balance

Pros

There is a fair degree of stability as well as opportunities for moving around company. Benefits are good and there are wellness and educational programs. Work hours and location can be flexible and there is often a good work life balance so it can be perfect for people with kids or other personal commitments.

Cons

When it comes to projects, technology, initiatives, the approach is very conservative and risk averse so the work is not often very interesting if you need more than just stability, a paycheck, and a flexible schedule. People are friendly but the office environment wouldn't be considered fun or exciting.
