      Pros

      Very good and stable company. Great support from our head office when requesting information to help a case along.

      Cons

      Strictly based on a commission structure. Very hard to understand that pay schedule and is incredibly difficult to climb it. If you do not have a stable base to start off with in terms of family and friends you can sell insurance to, it can prove to be very challenging.

      Good team and management, I received good recognition from my manages. Easy to talk to my managers. Decent salary and bonuses

      Cons

      I see very limited or slow growth potential. Generally takes a few years to become senior level and many more years if you want to advance.
