      Pros

      Lot many............. provides opportunities for internal job postings as per your skills and interests, good work life balance and head of Asia Service Center is rare leader, is very employee friendly and strive for best social working hours, employees' work life balance. Lots of learning/training opportunities.

      Cons

      Transport dep and IT Infra support are biggest pain here. HR doesn't work much to match market standards in terms of salary. You will be awarded only if you are potential attrition or supervisor's pet.

      Pros

      Depending on your team, people who you worked with are awesome. My manager happened to be the best manager I have had the pleasure of reporting to.

      Cons

      Upper management have their head stuck way too far where the sun doesn't shine. Unclear goal and responsibilities can be frustrating. Management can be way too focused on numbers instead of the employee morale.
