      Great place to grow, but has its faults

      Pros

      Ladder style company, always ways to move up, lots of room to make bonuses in the call centre (quarterly bonus structure vs. yearly in other departments). everyone has a great attitude and seem to be very committed to the company

      Cons

      Lock you in to a 24 month commitment and you can not move outside of the call centre environment into other departments before then, can move in the department just not out \ surprisingly terrible benefits system, core benefits cover nothing, have to pay extra for other levels of coverage... your a benefit provider? why give your employees bad benefits?

      The Pay is good and comes with quarterly bonus The company offers Benefits as well ( dental & medical benefits)

      Limited lateral opportunities Limited/ No onsite travel opportunities Slow growth in IT; hierarchy for every company could be different. At ASCI, SLF growth in terms of promotion is slow.
