      Steady job if you can make it through the outsourcing which seems on an ongoing cycle through all departments.

      Pros

      Will always be here and will usually assist you in placing you in a job if outsourced.

      Cons

      Very few opportunities due to the outsourcing. If you want to change jobs you are fighting 4 times as many people for a single posting. My experience has been they don't look internally at candidates is as high regard as externally.

      Pros

      Sun Life is a very professional environment with room for growth (depending on the position). The benefits are fairly good as well.

      Cons

      Sometimes work-life balance was an issue when things were busy, but not always an issue.
