Pros
Great HR practices, Lots of direction when starting out. Good pay package.
Cons
New IT processes put in place are cumbersome, and hoops to jump through often have no relation to the project getting completed. Process for the sake of process, not for the sake of making the business better. Business is catching on however, and will soon notice the extra time and dollars being spent on non-value-add activities, pendulum will begin to swing in other direction soon I hope.
