      Very easy to get hired because that's all they do. The quality of talent that they bring through the door is lacking.

      Pros

      Very flexible hours and unlimited earning potential. It can be a very rewarding career. Some branch managers are very helpful and want you to succeed.

      Cons

      They charge you rent - you pay for everything including $300 a month for group benefits which is mandatory! The training team is lacking talent in the investing side - very young and inexperienced often does not give correct information. The managers are hired to recruit and that's all they do - once you are there 3 years they couldn't care less about you they are focused only on hiring not helping their current advisors.

      Work life balance is good, work pressure is low and overall atmosphere is good.

      Cons

      You'll get very category of work with name of very high profile. You need lot of show off to promote yourself irrespective of your work quantity and quality.
