      Pros

      Great HR practices, Lots of direction when starting out. Good pay package.

      Cons

      New IT processes put in place are cumbersome, and hoops to jump through often have no relation to the project getting completed. Process for the sake of process, not for the sake of making the business better. Business is catching on however, and will soon notice the extra time and dollars being spent on non-value-add activities, pendulum will begin to swing in other direction soon I hope.

      Great people, nice location, spacious office

      Cons

      likely no room for growth if you are starting off in a satellite office. You would want to move to head office for growth. They work you very hard. Raises are less than inflation yr after yr. It is hard to have your manager in another office than you, they do not realize how busy you really are.
