      Pay was fair FT home office No commute

      Cons

      Ongoing staff issues resulted in overload of work which was once the exception became the normal way of working making it difficult to service the client in the matter that they expected and rightly deserved. Also there were no measures inplace to keep and retain talent. Staff felt rather disposable

      The place is run by women for women. Promotions are often given to women who are less experienced than their male counterparts. There is a womens leadership network, a dvieristy committee that has representation from ever type of group except whites and males. The diversity award is often given to an insider minority who works within the HR department.
