Pros
The benefits, company culture, and most coworkers are nice and helpful. My direct managers seemed to actually care about the employees, their success and well-being.
Cons
This position is a call center position. That may be for some people but it wasn't for me at all, I was miserable. I found myself working after hours (without pay) to finish up what I wasn't able to in-between calls. As mentioned, management does care, but they have a job to watch our performance. And performance = limit time off the phones to do after call work. Seems that's all they care about, because that's what THEIR higher ups are watching for from them... I hated the lack of time to do good work for the clients. It seemed like quantity over quality, and that's just not me.
