-Leading Technology and highly respectable product -Good set of people with adequate knowledge on what they do -Compensation is good. Benefits are above standards.

Cons

-Management is really hard to connect to. You'll feel like a headless chicken at times -A lot has become unclear after the re-org. People at the bottom of the pyramid still does not know what direction does the management wants to go -Work will consume you. People in ops are overworked. 12++ shifts a day working on accounts accross the globe -No training being offered to improve one's capability

Pros

Sunpower makes the best PV solar technology .

Cons

Employees are overworked to the point of failure. Too few people are being asked to do too many things. Everyone pretends projects are under control but actually most projects are on the brink of failure. Then if something goes wrong and you are involved you are first in line at the next layoff. Managers do not talk to each other so groups that need to communicate often don't. Some managers are really poor and woe to you if you get a bad one.
