Pros

Good CEO. Company is very resilient. They know how to strategize just to be able to help the company survive. Good HMO benefits. Strong core values. Strong HR policies.

Cons

Not so good food in canteen. Lots of people being laid off. Perks decreases every year. Company becomes stricter every year. Stocks no more. Workload increases but not directly proportional with employee hirings. Complaints and suggestions were not seriously taken care of.
