Not a good company unless your just out of High School

Hvac tech/driver/installer

Pros

Overtime, One pair of boots per year, Uniforms

Cons

Low pay, little room for advancement, basically a moving man, stiff penalty's (2 days off without pay for first accident), only $15 an hour to run a DOT log vehicle and tow trailers
