Business Outlook
Pros
Company has very good health insurance and PTO. Since sunbelt bought my previous employer my family health insurance costs decreased $300.00 per month. My direct supervisor has been with the company for 15 years, and my other manager is very people driven and reasonable. Company is very transparent with its budgets and sales data.
Cons
Same struggles any company with thousands of people. When you first get hired it is a bit overwhelming between safety and company policy's but they do make it as painless as they can.
