      Work with good people, the power of Sunbelt, Room for advancing

      Cons

      Typically difficult to get a decent raise without getting a big promotion. Always want employees to have more responsibility, do not want to compensate for it.

      Good health insurance, a lot of equipment, decent pay

      Cons

      Middle Management is lost, sales reps have no accountability for their actions, no room for advancement unless you know someone or are in the “good ole boys club”. After hours emergencies are constant.
