Decent pay, decent benefits, and lots of product exposure.

Cons

Terrible culture. Very toxic. I was in many roles and saw locations nationwide... it's all the same. Everyone seems to just hate each other from green-tag to green-tag, it's a miracle anything gets done. A shame because there are some really amazing people who work for Sunbelt, but most are not in high-level "leadership" roles, so their voices will never be heard.

In order to advance in the company you have to know someone in upper management, you can't rely on your immediate supervisor to assist you They're too worried you might succeed making them look bad,

+ Maintaining a healthy work/life balance is a genuine priority with management + Great safety culture - Weekly safety meetings and constant innovation, review and investment to safety. + Management is supportive and will guide you in a career path if you put in the effort + Operations/Service/Training resources are robust. + Data-driven metrics for almost every role in the company.

Cons

- There is a market-wide shortage of equipment which is affecting everyone in the industry. The company strives to take every deal, but the equipment just isn't there.
