      Other TMO’s help each other out all the time.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything else. Some drivers will work well over the legal requirement of hours where others will hide away so they only have to do one job Money is pretty shoddy after all the overtime you do Management cry and argue like they’re siblings fighting over a toy Work vans don’t get checked properly and drivers are told to drive vans which aren’t MOT worthy On job adverts they say it’s 30k a year which is BS. you might get 30k after you’ve broken your back, ruined your relationship and social life after the stupid hours you put in to get to that. Two man jobs are expected to be done by one person only Any suggestions given to management get completely ignored as we are only drivers….. Tmo’s are given jobs to do which require qualifications most of us don’t have but still have to do Long as the jobs are done, Nothing else matters

      Pros

      I enjoy the company culture, in the support center. It's a growing company with a good professional atmosphere and it appears to be headed in right direction.

      Cons

      There will be times where you are given training but not enough and will have to learn to tread water before you can swim. The Store managers could use a little better training as well.
