      Pros

      Steady, 40+ hour work week. M thru Friday days (1st shift) with weekends and holidays off. Good environment for self-paced, hard working and motivated people. Benefits are OK in comparison of similar companies.

      Cons

      Daily operations are to reactionary. Too many shifting gears disrupting daily plans to accommodate rental obligations for revenue. Post daily/weekly reviews of business operations need to be done with staff to validate best use of resources (manpower, time, money). Advancement opportunities appear to be few.

      Strong upper level management. Great tools given to accomplish job. Fantastic reimbursement programs.

      Cons

      Company lacks training in crucial customer service areas. Often sink or swim mentality. Appears to be growing faster than infrastructure allows for. Projections for growth do not always match capability. Sales team can not rely of commission plan to produce a pay check that matches efforts. Key account team relies heavily on reps they do not support in real time.
