      workshop employees and admin are all brilliant, no weekend work.

      Cons

      refusal to hear any concerns including weight and weight distribution along with other things and not a single piece of equipment has any weight on them, and that is not taken in to consideration when out on the road. Revenue is paramount, overtime is forced even on a friday night. no tacho = no breaks, expect to handballs almost a tonne on a single job once perweek. No route planner or transport team, just an admin left to run the entire scene with a manager overlooking,
