      Pros

      The salary is good, the benefits are good, we are Local 4. Fair equipment to operate most of the time at the PC . The company is sometimes alright to work for, you are home every night

      Cons

      Sunbelt's focus is to put (Profit above all else)! Including Safety when it costs to much , all in all our regional Safety manager does a good job. But some of the time management ties the hands of the Safety Dept. and thats when an accident can happen. The morale in every PC I have had the pleasure of visiting is so Low , that there is no morale unless (you are in the Click) Thank You.

      i't a great place to work and everyone is friendly also the work environment is great i love it nice

      lazy people who work their sometimes don't pull the job and there irresponsible and tend to make other's work more

      Pros

      The ability to work with many knowledgable people with vast rental industry experience, Having access to the widest range of rental equipment in the industry and additionally having the best upper management team in the industry.

      Cons

      Working with some people that are not willing to put forth the effort necessary to be successful which can result in the customer not being able to complete their task.
